Lotokam for employers
Your people already drive to the same building at the same time from the same places, one to a car. Lotokam lets them find each other, and asks nothing of you.
What it costs you
Nothing. There is no company plan, no per-seat price and no invoice. Lotokam is free to everybody who uses it, and no money moves through the app in any direction.
What you have to run
Nothing. There is no portal to administer, no list of staff to upload and no account for you to manage. Your people sign in with the Google or Microsoft account they already have and organise their own travel between themselves.
All we would ask for is a line in an internal newsletter or a poster by the lift.
Where you stand on liability
Lotokam is a noticeboard, not a transport service. It makes an introduction between two adults and then plays no part in the journey. Nobody is paid, no fare exists and the company neither arranges nor operates the travel.
You are not providing staff transport. Your employees are giving a neighbour a lift, which they have always been free to do.
What you get out of it
Fewer cars in your car park and fewer people arriving frayed by an hour in a queue. For staff on shifts or in outlying villages, a realistic way to get to work that does not depend on a timetable.
It also happens to be the cheapest sustainability measure available to you, since it costs nothing at all.
How to start
Send your staff the link. That is genuinely the whole rollout. Matching improves with density, so a single all-staff message does far more than a slow trickle.
